We want you to love every bag of NextCup Coffee. If something isn't right with your order, here's how we handle it.
Coffee
Because coffee is a perishable, consumable product, we're not able to accept returns of opened or unopened coffee for reasons of personal taste or preference. If your coffee arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@nextcupcoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
If your coffee simply isn’t tasting right, email us at contact@nextcupcoffee.com before you give up on it — we’ll help you dial in the brew, and if we still can’t get it right for you, we’ll send a different coffee on us.
Non-Coffee Merchandise
For brewing equipment, gear, or other non-coffee items, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at contact@nextcupcoffee.com with your order number to start a return.
Subscriptions
You can modify, pause, or cancel your coffee subscription at any time from your account, or by contacting us. Since we roast to order, we're unable to cancel or change an individual shipment once it has begun processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@nextcupcoffee.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $30. Orders under $30 are charged a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
